Talk about what you noticed, in your own words. The snap, the pause, the one you missed. All of it belongs here.

Please leave out your children’s names, photos and anything that could identify them. Please don’t identify anyone else either. This is your practice. Their privacy stays theirs.

Other members can see what you post

The room is private, but it isn’t just you and me. Everyone in the room can read what you share, and may see your Telegram profile, such as your username and photo.

Before you post, check your Telegram privacy settings so your phone number stays hidden.

Only share what you’re comfortable with others seeing.

What’s shared here stays here

Please don’t screenshot, copy or pass on what another mother has shared. She trusted the room with it.

I’m here to witness, not to fix

I won’t diagnose, coach or tell you what you should feel. I’ll be alongside you, learning as I live too.

This room sits alongside any other support you have. It doesn’t replace it. If what you’re carrying feels heavier than everyday overwhelm, please talk to your doctor, a counsellor or someone you trust. If you’re ever in danger, contact your local emergency services.

Be kind

Every mother here is learning. No judging, no advice she didn’t ask for, no selling. I may remove posts that don’t fit the room.

Your words, your choice

I’ll never share your words outside the room without asking you first. You can ask me to remove anything you’ve posted, any time, by emailing hello@onylla.com.

How the rooms work

The 7-Day First Practice is a one-off payment. It doesn’t turn into a subscription. Its room closes when the 7 days end, and posts in it are kept for up to 12 months before the room is deleted.

The Notice Space membership is a monthly subscription, in a separate ongoing room.
