The Notice Space is a small, ongoing room for mothers building the pause between the trigger and the reaction… week after week, inside real life.

Not a course to keep up with. Not a program you finish. There’s no graduation, because reactivity has no finish line.

Every other solution asks you to add something.

You don’t step out of your life to practise meeting it differently. You practise inside the traffic, the snappy moment, the overwhelm… not away from it.

Change doesn’t start when you finally get calm. It starts the moment you notice something you hadn’t seen before.

I was a mother who kept hitting overwhelm and could see it landing on my kids. I went looking for help I could live with… couldn’t find it… so I started building it.

I’m not the expert above you. I’m the mother who was where you are, learning as I live too… which is exactly why what I make actually fits a real life.
